Terms & Conditions
By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Personal Belongings
Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle, including the boot, glove box, and door pockets prior to the service. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any items left in the vehicle.
2. Vehicle Condition
All vehicles must be in a condition that allows our team to safely and reasonably carry out the work. If a vehicle is excessively soiled (e.g. heavy pet hair, mould, or waste), we reserve the right to:

Apply a surcharge to cover additional labour, or

Refuse the service if the vehicle poses a health or safety risk.
3. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposits start from £25, depending on the service booked. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up, your deposit will be retained.
4. Additional Charges

Pet hair or excessive soiling will incur a minimum charge of £20.

If a valet exceeds the allocated time (e.g. Gold Valet beyond 4 hours), a £30/hour fee will apply to cover additional labour.
5. Access & Parking
The customer must ensure:

There is safe and legal access to the vehicle
-
Parking is available and suitable for the full duration of the service.
If access or parking is not possible, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and a call-out or waiting fee may be applied.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in the loss of deposit and refusal of future bookings.
7. Weather Conditions
We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule bookings in the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain, snow, or high winds) that may affect service quality or safety.
8. Liability
While we take every care to protect your vehicle and its contents, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or defects (e.g. paint chips, loose trim, faded plastics)

Mechanical or electrical issues not caused by our work

Damage caused by poor prior repairs or modifications
9. Payments
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.
If an invoice is issued, payment is due by the stated due date. Late payments will incur a £10 fee after 7 days, plus £5 per week until paid in full.

10. Working Hours
Our operating hours are from 8:00am to 3:00pm. The last appointment of the day is scheduled at 3:00pm. We are unable to accommodate appointments outside of these hours.
